Having problem login.

Hello, i don’t know if anyone had this problem already but when i tried to login to my account it’s saying that “User disabled”.
Any ideas why?

I can’t login either but a I get a different message. It happens in my desktop client. The msg says: “you have been logged out of @disroot.org@cloud.disroot.org as user @disroot.org. Please, login again.”
This msg is displayed all the time right below the title bar of the window of the client. Every try to login writes a line in the activity log that I can see at the website that says
"Has creado la contraseña de app “Mozilla/5.0 (Linux) mirall/2.5.2git (Nextcloud)”
("You have created the app password “Mozilla/5.0 (Linux) mirall/2.5.2git (Nextcloud)” )

Same result: I cannot login.

Looks like the application you are using is creating an app password
every time you try to login. This is not bad behaviour but it should
give you an option to choose your own password. What desktop
application are you using?

I found a solution. I deleted my Disrrot account in Nextcloud app and introduced the data again as if it were my first connection, and It worked in the desktop client. It didn’t in the Android client.

Try reinstalling the android client and login again with your actual
password (not app password - disroot password). Have you enabled TOTP?
If that doesn’t work then file a bug report here
https://github.com/nextcloud/android/issues. I’ve checked with a
disroot account, the android client works well.

I can’t login from web client on Nextcloud. (I tested it yesterday). No problem from mobile and desktop client.

make sure you use username and not username@disroot.org

It is solved from that day. I had no problem in other browsers. However now it remains as a browser cache problem.
