Support ticket system

Hi,
when we send an email to support at disrupt dot org it seems a ticket automatically being created. at disrupt these ticket being linked to our accounts or ticket system are separated from disroot account management system?
it’s possible to ask delete a ticket if they are not separated from account? to keep anonymously!

Hi,
Tickets are connected to email address. Since thats how they were sent. We clean those up when they are closed.
